Bill Fraser <\/strong><\/p>\n

Before founding Fraser International in (year), Bill spent some xx years helping to make Wales one of the most successful inward investment countries in the world.<\/p>\n

Having begun his international trade career with the Welsh Development Agency, he was made Head of Trade for International Business Wales.<\/p>\n

As well as winning inward investment, Bill worked extensively with Welsh companies to grow their businesses internationally, setting up trade relationships, leading a host of successful missions and playing an active part in international events in more than 40 countries.<\/p>\n

Ron Cole MBA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before joining Fraser International, Ron spent 10 years as Regional Manager for International Business Wales where he worked alongside Bill Fraser. He too has extensive experience in helping Welsh companies grow their businesses abroad and has led numerous successful trade missions across Near, Central and Eastern Europe as well as in the Americas.<\/p>\n

Much of Ron\u2019s experience is in direct customer interaction and he has project managed many bespoke market entry projects across a wide variety of sectors. Having access to trusted contacts throughout the world is a strength that Ron can bring to any project that your company may require.<\/p>\n

An engineer by background, Ron worked in the USA between 1986 and 1991, where he won the impressive accolade of Ford Champion of Excellence. He later returned to the USA to help establish the Welsh Assembly flagship office in New York City, finally returning to Wales in 2004.<\/p>\n

Keith Waters MBA SVP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Head of Trade Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keith brings with him over thirty years of extensive knowledge and experience in international trade. This, coupled with his business support skills and impressive global contact network, are of vital importance when helping companies to achieve their international goals.<\/p>\n

Keith also worked for International Business Wales – firstly as an International Trade Advisor before becoming Regional Manager, Europe, Africa and Middle East. He remained in this role until joining us towards the end of 2010.<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, Keith spent 15 years with a US multi-national Pharmaceutical and FMCG company, working his way through the ranks to become International Marketing and Sales Manager with responsibility for 17 countries and building partnerships with blue chip companies including Boots, Smith & Nephew and Revlon.<\/p>\n

A Chartered Marketer and a member of The Institute of Export, Keith also holds diplomas in Management, Coaching and Mentoring in Management, and Management Leadership, as well as being an accredited Business Advisor.<\/p>\n
